Departmental Advising & Support

The School of Global Studies and Languages works closely with other departments on campus to ensure a smooth transition for students between offices and directs students to various support services on and around our campus in Eugene. GSL works closely with the Advising Team in Tykeson Hall to coordinate academic planning and curriculum options for students. The GSL faculty and staff work to ensure that students have a clear understanding of departmental requirements and their path towards graduation.

Additionally, GSL works with both the Career Center as well as GEO Study Abroad and GlobalWorks International Internships to provide students with study abroad and career opportunities at home and abroad during their academic career at the UO and after.
